Been taking my daughters uniforms here weekly for about 2 months. The lady is not a people person for sure. Picked up last shipment of 4 uniforms. Shirts were hers cuz they have her name on them. The pants were correct color but way to big. And used way more than my daughters as hers were only two months old. Took them in to let them know and immediately they said "NO those are hers no one else has green pants."
All we wanted was to hopefully swap with the correct ones once somebody brought them in. They say NO. Those are your pants. Showed a pic of my daughter after she tried them on and the guy said "OH". "Go buy new I pay and then lady say NO MORE SERVICE. My husband went in today ( a week later) too see if anyone turned them in. NO. he asked if they ever made a mistake. Answer was NO. Oh come on man. Is that they only word they know.
